My father is 77 with Parkinson's.
He needs help in the morning with bathing/getting dressed, someone to make him breakfast (chai and toast with fruit), and just generally getting his day started. He is able to feed himself and is mobile; it just isn't safe for him to shower by himself. Once he has had his morning medicines, his needs are attended to. A basic tidying up of the kitchen, wipe down of the table, etc. is all that's left. Ideally, you can also cook Indian food for him every other day to have healthy homemade meals accessible. (He is more than able to reheat the food himself, take it out of the fridge, etc). This is not a necessity.
The home has a very friendly dog. After 20 seconds of meeting you he will leave you alone unless you want to be his friend.
I would imagine someone coming for 1.5-2hrs a day.
